Fabulous service from end to end. A quick response to my initial enquiry and after a visit to measure up the quote was fair and didn’t change. Installation a week later on time - Lee respected my home and protected my carpets, and once installed he showed me how to use my glorious stair chariot, including its safety features. As a long-standing member of Which? consumer magazine, I recently found myself in need of a stairlift. In a recent survey, Which? recommended Access BDD stairlifts, noting that they came out on top, and further advised that one should use a local company wherever possible.

We were looking for a home lift as we have a very narrow staircase and were told by another stairlift company that a stairlift wouldn’t fit.. We invited Adaptmyhome into the house to quote for a home lift, which they could easily have sold us, but instead, after chatting, they took a look at our stairs and recommended a Flow X stairlift. This was a much cheaper option that suited us, and our savings. We are really pleased with the honesty and the advice given – the stairlift has already made a big difference and is a saving compared to what a home lift would have cost not to mention the distrubtion at our home. The installation was quick and tidy, the team were polite throughout. Happy to recommend to others as they genuinely seem to want the best for the customer.
